What happens to my old site during the migration?
Nothing. Your current site stays exactly as it is — untouched and live — until you've reviewed the new one and approved it. The rebuild happens alongside, never instead.
Do I have to move my domain?
No. You can move your domain to us, keep it where it is, or decide later. The migration works the same either way, and we'll walk you through the trade-offs in your account.
Can you move my email too?
Yes. Alongside the website we can move your mailboxes from Google, Microsoft 365, or any IMAP provider — folders, flags, and history included — and host business email at your domain going forward.
What about things my site connects to?
Donations, calendars, and other connected services are identified during the migration. Some reconnect as-is, some need your say-so or a login you'll provide, and we tell you which is which before anything ships.
